We have US$25,000,000 [ Twenty Five Million United States Dollars] waiting
to be transferred out as quickly as possible.
This fund emanated from deliberate over invoicing, which we did. Our firm in
the year 2009, awarded contracts to the tune of US$725,000,000 MILLION USD,
SEVEN HUNDRED AND TWENTY FIVE MILLION USD, which included Highly Caliberated
Pipping, Oil Drilling Installations and Turn Around Mantainnance to some
foreign firms.

The actual contract amount was US$ 700 MILLION USD. The original contractors
have long been paid leaving this surplus of Twenty Five Million floating in
a suspense account, which we carefully opened with the Bank Of Ghana, for
the purposes of this dealing.
I want to assure you that this transaction is 100% risk free and carefully
worked out.I also assure you that we would conclude this whole transaction
within 7 working days or at most 14 working days from inception,once we
receive your full consent and corporation that you would work with us, and a
firm promise that you would never sit on this fund when the fund is finally
transferred into your account.
As to enable us actualise this transaction on schedule, we require you to
furnish us with the following:
First your FULL NAMES,YOUR FULL COMPANY NAME, AN ACTIVE BANK ACCOUNT THAT
CAN CARRY THIS FUND, THERE NEED NOT BE ANY FUNDS IN THE ACCOUNT, SO YOU CAN
OPEN A BRAND NEW ACCOUNT. AGAIN, WE URGE YOU TO FURNISH US WITH YOUR DIRECT
TELEPHONE AND FAX NUMBERS FOR EASIER COMMUNICATION ESPECIALLY YOUR MOBILE
PHONES.THIS IS BECAUSE OF THE CONFIDENTIALITY WE ARE PLACING ON THIS
TRANSACTION, BECAUSE WE ARE HIGH PUBLIC OFFICERS.THE REQUIRED DETAILS WILL
ENABLE US WRITE APPLICATIONS AND LETTERS OF CREDIT TO THE BANK OF GHANA AND
THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE, REQUESTING THAT THE FUND BE RELEASED TO YOUR
NOMINATED ACCOUNT AS THE COMPANY THAT EXECUTED A CONTRACT AND DUE FOR
PAYMENT. LEAVE THIS TO US AS EVERYTHING IS ALREADY WORKED OUT.

For the disbursement, we have agreed to give you 30% of the total amount ,
60% for us the involved officials and 10% shall be set aside for out of
pocket expenses including telephone bills, and transaction facilitation
expenses.
