I don’t have a Firstbank account, never have! This is an attempt at phishing. They send these emails out and when someone enters their information, they steal not just all that is your account, but your identity as well. NEVER NEVER NEVER click on any links from any of these emails. If you have a question from about any of your accounts, type the address directly into the address bar on your browser.
