Dear Sir,
I write to inform you that in our recent investigation through our debt
recovery department,we have just discovered some unclaimed funds in the
vault of Bank of England,U.K belonging to you,the assigned beneficiary. The
said funds was billed to go to your bank account but the transaction was
revised or placed on hold due to some unpaid charges by you, the
beneficiary. In view of this urgent development,we in the International
Monetary Funds have intervened as the the UK Reserve has ordered for the
confiscation of the said funds.
For the interest of justice and equity, we have called for the funds and the
funds is currently in our possession here in office.It is now our
duty, as the Monetary Governing body to take charge of this
funds,investigate and at same time disburse it to the assigned and rightful
beneficiary through our payment scheme in United States of America.To this

urgently and make immediate arrangements for the payment of the funds to
you, should the funds belong to your goodself.
Please note that this notice of claim will last for 72 hrs after which funds
will be tagged unclaimed bill, should we not hear from you within the
specified time frame as we are having our 07 annual account reconciliation
