This is one of those email scams that is trying to get your bank account
information. See, I have never had an account with this bank, and I am sure
they know this, but the information they want is not this banks information,
but general information they can use to find my real bank account
information.
DO NOT EVER download any forms they send, or provide them with ANY
information what so ever.
