The following subject matter refers:

I am Mr. Kim Jiang of Republic of China hereby writing you this letter to
seek a new and trustworthy individual as a partner in very lucrative and
extremely real oil sales monetary transactions.

The deal here is the lifting and internationally sale of crude oil.
Venezuela as one of the world¹s leading energy produces 2.4 ­ 2.5 million
barrels of crude oil a day. It considered being the largest crude oil
exporter to the United States of America with 1.7 million barrel per day.
With the current ever-high crude oil prices, the venture is a gold mine and
will rake in millions of dollars in sales commissions per week.

Hence, I have been instructed by my clients who have decided to hide their
interest in the venture due to their positions and closeness to the oil
industry to find a neutral front man, a reputable legal
professional/attorney who will help in receiving their oil sales
commission/payments from their North American agents. We have two large
payments coming, one from USA and the other in Canada.

We are of the opinion that the ability to consolidate payments from North
America will eradicate delays due to inter-continental monetary transaction
between Asia and North America. We understand that a proper negotiation
will provide the necessary authorization and we are most inclined to
commence talks as soon as possible.
