BEWARE OF THIS EMAIL SCAM – YOU ARE NOT ACCIDENTLY RECEIVING AN EMAIL – YOU ARE BEING SCAMMED

THIS APPEARS TO BE SET UP BY SCAM ARTIST SINCE MOST PEOPLE WOULD PROBABLY LOG ON TO THAT EMAIL CHECK THE ACCOUNT AND THEN DOWNLOAD A VIRUS WHEN THEY OPEN ON OF THE FILES!!!!!

NEW FAX INSTRUCTIONS



Hello fellow Xcellence Realty agent please be aware that we have changed the email address where faxes and scans go to, originally they would go to Tony's email and we would then forward the faxes or scans to you, then a couple of days ago we changed that and sent you instructions on how to reteive them yourself through a Gmail account we set up but unfortunately we had to get rid of the Gmail account because of the way Gmail groups emails and it became difficult to find any email or scan.  So what we have done is set up a new hotmail account which does not group emails or scans. The instructions on how to access your emails or scans can be found below or you can also find the instructions and have access to the email account by going to the my favorite links area under company resources in the new virtual office .
 

 *Instructions: If you need to scan a document to upload onto the transaction manager or if you need to receive a fax you can use the same E-Fax number you have always used which is 1-800-595-0185. the only thing that changes is that instead of these faxes or scans coming into the office email they will now go to a Hotmail account that we have set up.  You can retrieve your emails or scans by going to www.hotmail.com <http://pr1.netatlantic.com/t/14779633/34436376/611363/0/>  username: xcellencefax password: xcellencerealty.  *Please Note this is a shared account so if you are receiving a document with sensitive information that you do not want anyone to see, do not use this service. Also please be aware that all faxes or scans 30 days or older will be deleted by admin. 
 

NEW INSTRUCTIONS WHEN IN NEED TO FAX  A DOCUMENT TO XCELLENCE REALTY.



If you need to fax a document to Xcellence Realty directly please DO NOT use the fax instructions above our new Company E-Fax # 1-888-493-3090   Also please remember that there is no longer a need to fax any contracts, listing agreements, commission request, escrow agent disbursement agreements & or forms to Xcellence Realty everything gets uploaded into the new virtual office which can be found by going to xcellencerealty.com and clicking on the link in the upper right hand side of the page titled: virtual office agent login.  
 

Documents that you may fax to Xcellence Realty include



 
 

1) Credit card updates for your monthly dues
 

2) Credit report request
 

3) Escrow deposit forms
 

4) Commission direct deposit form
 

5) referral agreements
 

6) Etc. but never contracts, listing agreements, commission request, escrow disbursement agreements & so on.  Please remember everything gets uploaded into the new virtual office platform.  If you do not know how to upload a transaction please view the the video in the home pgae of the virtual office titled: Creating a new transaction.
